      That’s a lot of words to say “it’s not going to happen”

      Private investment isn’t going to cut it because once homes near the threshold of maybe being „affordable“ the profits are no longer there for that investment – you’re already seeing this in the ‚model yimby‘ cities in Texas where they had some initial gains

    3. Build in the smaller communities out side the major cities to reduce the purchasing costs of these houses. Even if you build millions of homes in major cities, people can’t afford them.
