Yes, our legal system has found that he has committed crimes. The headline should be that one-third denies reality.

34 felony convictions say that 1/3 of Americans are morons.

Convicted felon…

1/3 are in complete denial and are stubborn

He was indicted, convicted, and formally sentenced by a court for 34 felonies so this isnt really a point of discussion
He had no actual punishment because he won the election and recieved an unconditional discharge because he was a president elect…still a convicted felon but no prison time or fines
If he lost the election he’d be in prison right now

The issue is not that Trump has committed crimes, but that half of Americans are OK with this and don’t see any problems having a convicted felon serving as their President.

He is a felon. So, well, that could only mean…ugh someone woke up, on the wrong side of the bed.

Trump is a 34-time convicted felon and an adjudicated rapist.
1/3 of the country are braindead, apparently.

fascinated by the people who said „probably,“ is it that they intuitively get that he’s a crimesman but somehow haven’t seen the giant list of his actual crimes that he very much did?

The worst thing is that a major share of those 2/3rds don’t see that as a problem.

That number is far too low

Well yeah. A lot of them voted for him for that very reason.

And, yet, he’s the fucking PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. We are a crumbling civilization.

So 1/3 are utter fucking morons. I would have lead with that.

He was literally convicted of 34 felonies, but if you’re talking about since his return to power, all you have to do is read the unanimous Supreme Court decision regarding Abrego Garcia, which states that Trump deporting him to El Salvador was, in itself, „illegal.“

Yes, he has literally been convicted of crimes. 34 felonies, to be exact.

Long before he shit the bed in politics, he’s been breaking the law for decades. Throughout his entire adult life, in both his professional and personal life, he has consistently demonstrated a total disregard for the law and humanity.

Were those 34 felony CONVICTIONS a clue, perhaps? Or the many, many ways he has illegally monetized the presidency? Or attacking another country without congressional approval? Or forming a secret police to remove migrants without due process?

I don’t know who I’m angrier at… the 1/3 of Americans who deny reality or the non-zero portion of the 2/3 that voted for him anyway.

Yet, America chose to vote for him instead of the educated, experienced half-black lady who wanted to make their lives better. That’s right on brand for this country.

Considering he is a convicted felon, he has definitely committed crimes…. many, even.

He’s a convicted felon. This is not a matter of opinion.

Alternate headline: A full 1/3 of Americans are conspiracy theorists who think Trump’s 34 felony convictions in a court of law were in some way fake.
