It is almost certainly a scam.
Being an easy job and being well paid is something usually mutual exclusive.
No real employer advertises jobs to „all people in difficulties“. What if your difficulty is being a kleptomaniac, living in a house that’s so filthy that people who receive those flyers will catch a communicable disease?
Scammers like people in difficulties because desperate people make good victims.
Yes, you can post the contract (excluding personal information), and the name of the company, and so on. The other commenter was trying to make a joke.
