Hallo allerseits, ich habe gerade diesen kleinen Bienenstock im Garten gefunden. Ich habe ein bisschen gegoogelt und festgestellt, dass Bienen in Deutschland geschützt sind. Andererseits befinden sie sich in der Mitte des Gartens, den ich für ein Mainten muss. Darf ich fragen, was meine beste Aktion hier ist? Danke!

Google if there are local beekeepers near you („Imker“ + your town), they will either be able to help or can refer you to someone who can help.
Looks like a bumblebee nest. They are on the so called red list, and they are protected!
nothing. Most likely absolutely harmless bumble bees. They will happily bumble along and not want anything to do with you.

Btw. Just keep them. They’re good pollinators but put some fencing around it so you don’t step on it or mow it down. They will sting then
Maybe put a small wire cage over that area.
