I’d read this article if the Hanks quote was something like “I don’t think about any of that while I’m balls deep in a twentysomething.” As it stands the article is beneath attention.
I read this as “The Americans” and was wondering how bad my drinking was back when that show was on.
“So fucking wasted I forgot the show had a narrator? And Tom Hanks at that?”
I read that as “American Dad” and got excited we’d see Hanks next season.
Here’s what I know about The Americas after the marketing these last few weeks: Tom Hanks narrates it, there’s a documentary about making it that seems to focus on Tom Hanks narrating it, and also that Tom Hanks is involved with it.
