      It scares me how these guys are always in plain clothes. How is anyone supposed to know who they are or where they’re from? Are the powers that be hoping people fight back against what they would rightly perceive, in that moment, when faced with strangers intent on committing what would be assault in any other circumstances, so that the authorities can throw more charges at them?!

      For some reason I thought the ICE agents would be white and not minorities. Guess I’m wrong? Seems like one of these agents could be seen as an immigrant himself.

      An authoritarian takeover, obviously. The Republican party is a fascist movement doing what fascist movements do: destroying their political opponents and perceived political opponents with ever escalating violence. Once acts like this becomes normalized, they’ll go further.

      At some level this does need to happen because Dems have just been wagging the finger at Trump. Now that actual reps are being affected personally this might stir up the (clearly lacking) “fight” within the Democratic Party.

      We don’t need a party that lets the other side have their way out of fear. We haven’t had a party for the people since the 60’s. And that’s stretch.

      Somehow enough people voted for a convicted felon and a man with 5 bankruptcies . He also killed a million due to mishandling of COVID and people thought he has my vote. It really is surreal.
