Warum Kanadas starker Grenzgesetz genauso problematisch ist wie Donald Trumps Reiseverbote

This article does a really poor job of explaining what it is in this bill we should be concerned about. It just vaguely alludes to the fact that our border policy has historically been influenced by what the States wanted. I don’t know what I’m supposed to take away from this.
