Riviera / Qarraba sind die 2 am besten aussehenden Buchten in Malta und einige Touristen kommen nur für sie nach Malta. So belohnt Malta diese Buchten. Darüber hinaus ist das Parken auf dem Riviera -Parkplatz unmöglich, da es keinen Parker gibt, der Autos in der Schlange auf einen freien Parkplatz warten lässt. Das Ergebnis ist, dass Autos zweimal kreisen und nach Hause zurückkehren.

best part ; these roadworks also close off a secondary parking spot that is unpaved.
Maybe season visitors should just take the bus, take a taxi… eventually take the bus to Gnejna and have a nice and challenging hike along the coast?
With parking being limited by being what it is just park 3-4km away and use the methods above

Went here the other night. The single lane, one way street that traffic is diverted through to leave Riviera needs some signs to indicate that cars are supposed to be going both ways, and the police should remove some of the car parks on the side so there is room for people to pass each other every so often. What a joke that they don’t do this and expect everything to be fine.

Fucking incompetents at it again, don’t know what they are doing, and taking long at it too. Avoid the area and go elsewhere, or even better, spend your money abroad and not in this shithole.
