I was thinking today what if Iran hit the Wailing Wall (western wall/Kotel) or the al Aqsa Mosque how people would respond? Firstly, if you’ve been there, they are almost RIGHT next to each other, so even hitting either could potentially damage the other. Secondly, it’s very hard to describe how religiously important these sites are to both. It would be like someone bombing the Kaaba in Mecca. Even hitting the old city in Jerusalem there would be a devastation to both Jews and Muslims. It’s like hitting the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem for the Christians I guess.

But lets say it hit the Wailing Wall only, or the Mosque only, and didn’t damage the other…. there would be an insane response depending if you’re Muslim or Jewish.

      Is the kid yelling „Santa!“?

That’d be one way to break the news to your kid when they’re too old for Santa anymore.

„Yeah, he got shot down over the Middle East sometime in June.“

Could someone please explain what we’re looking at here? Are the larger glows two interceptors, and the smaller dots are the incoming ballistic missiles?

Were the interceptions successful? The ballistic missiles seemed to continue on their path, or was that just residual debris?
