Democracy the finest form of government where your vote counts… until money is involved

Yet the wannabe king is elected.

      What that says about America?

(Don’t tell me only 1/3 votes for him. There were another 1/3 of enablers sitting out)

    3. Current US politics:

      a) D: „We got 50.1% of the vote, we need to work with Republicans on bipartisan solutions.“

      b) R: „We got 50.1% of the vote, this is a **mandate** from the people to implement all our policies over any minority opposition!“

      c) D: „We got 49.9% of the vote, we are completely powerless and can do nothing more than press conferences and respectful, but sternly worded letters.“

      d) R: „We got 49.9% of the vote, we can completely shut down the government unless our minority demands are capitulated to!“

    4. Trump rules with a golden fist. The people are on the streets in their thousands but he doesn’t care. America the land of the free, whoever told you that is your enemy. Corruption has won and it’s name is Taco.

I don’t need to be told what to think.

Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one and they all stink.

If you tell that to yourself too often for too long you will wake up one day and see that you were just lured in to feel save and that it’s actually too late — and that day waits right around the corner.

    7. If Trump is not a king whose word is law, then why doesn’t anybody stop him when he oversteps what we say are the legal limits of his power?

Observing functionality and behavior with no consideration for words and arguments, it looks to me like the United States is already being governed by the power of a fascist dictatorship. There is no reason to believe that there are limits on Trump’s power if he does not act like there are limits and if those limits are not enforced on him.

Much like how we all said for months „I will not believe it until I see it“ regarding Trump going to jail for his crimes, I will not believe that there are limits on Trump’s power until his actions as President are constrained by those limits, whether voluntarily or involuntarily. And ultimately, we all saw him not go to jail. We saw him get sentenced to bad vibes. So, likewise, we should expect to see him assert whatever power he wants with no constraints. Our primary role is to survive this national nightmare.

Sounds like the nation decided. Maybe go to the capital and protest? Instead of burning private property? When the rebellion walks lock-step with the media message, it’s not a rebellion. It’s useful idiots. Marx is eating his heart out.
