Nice to see America finally organizing against this admin, yes I’m aware this isn’t the first but it feels the most powerful to date and like it may actually move the needle

I’ll be out there today. We exercise our first amendment rights to express our opposition to the heavy-handed oppressive policies and tactics of the Trump regime. We stand against the tyrannical disregard this government has for the rule of law and our civil liberties. It does not matter if you are liberal, conservative, or something else entirely – this is a systemic threat that undermines our very way of life.
It is reasonable to fear the power of the state, but for every one of us that stands against tyranny, this regime loses legitimacy. For every one of us that comes out today, the risks taken upon each of us individually expressing our discontent to the overwhelming state security apparatus is lessened. We do not stand against the United States. We stand for it. Not for some illusory past, but for an unrealized American dream where all can share in the blessings of liberty, prosperity, and freedom.
Each moment we remain disengaged threatens our future opportunities to resist tyranny. Each moment we turn away strengthens the position of those who work tirelessly to destroy our republic. Now is the time America, let your voice be heard.
This is the way.
Does the family of every protester injured/killed get damages just like Ashli Babbitt’s family? Trump set the precedent to make sure to financially take care of these folks..
I applaud the „no kings“ branding and the message.
I can’t believe they added emails at the bottom of the no kings website. Would be a real shame if everyone spent 20 min of their day signing those emails up for porn subscriptions and what not.

100% support the protests. I just wonder how many of the people protesting either voted republican or didn’t vote at all? I love seeing the motivation, I just want to see the same people get out and vote.
If only voting among liberals “mushroomed”… imagine that. Well, that and maybe accepting that women can indeed lead the nation. I know most liberals have a problem with that, too.
The elite will just put up a centrist white democrat in 2028 who will win, and then everyone will happily forget about all of this and put their heads back in the sand while the government continues to develop into a techno-fascist state. Eventually it’ll be too late, or is it already?

Surprise, surprise, when you start arresting people and shooting them with rubber bullets and tear gas, that doesn’t make them go „okay I’ll go home“, it just pisses them off even more and intensifies their protesting and makes others join in.
