If this occurs and the government doesn’t hold them accountable, it’s time to start bringing firearms to protests.

Don’t be a fascist twat waffle.

One local guy with his massive Trump flag was driving up and down the road, instigating protestors, yelling obscenities, blowing black smoke in their faces, ALL of this done in his work truck with his business logo wrap and someone doxxed him on social media and now his local tattoo business is suffering.

ALL it takes is one phone call from a concerned citizen about a suspicious group of masked men to 911 to have that SWAT team on them in a hot minute. The federal government and local level government are not in cahoots everywhere.

This isn’t going to be George Floyd 2.0. this is going to be grandmas and kids and families. If maga thinks shooting mild mannered urban liberals will help them politically then they are even stupider than I thought.

    4. I worry that as he pardoned Jan 6 people, they’d feel empowered to do something

I live in an open carry/2A sanctuary city, and the Trump worshippers have marched/driven by with their guns during protests, not realizing many of the protesters have concealed carry permits out here in the country.

I hope the weekend is peaceful, that’s how we go in, but we are not going to stay home in fear of these assholes.

There were people on the left who were armed in Charlottesville. Cornel West said they protected a lot of people. It’s not ideal, but these people are deranged. Can’t only have psycho racists armed.

    7. Sea_Original_906 on

Liberals need to embrace the 2A, get armed, trained, permitted if your state requires it, and join local organizations. Yes guns are scary if you don’t know how to use them. What’s more scary is being defenseless when a right winger has their gun pointed at you. Democrats politicians say a lot of words, and try to enact a lot of futile policies, but a bullet doesn’t care about that.

If, you don’t want to own a firearm at least get trained and familiar with them. Once that’s done look into becoming a support person, ie medical aid, cooking, etc.

Basically prepare for the worst scenario and hope for the best.

I’m sure the feeling is mutual.. But the right wings view of what the left wing is all about is askew to say the least.

My local Facebook group was talking about surrounding the protests with motorcycles to scare people away.

MAGA doesn’t ever seem to think anyone will shoot back.  What idiots.

    11. Republicans will never acknowledge that shooting protestors is easily the worst thing you could possibly do in America. The people who want this to happen are a small minority of Republicans. The outrage and riots that would come out of that would be devastating.

No, they would not go home.

    12. No. No they would NOT go home. The protests would get bigger. They would escalate.

For people who keep hating on Marx these dudes keep trying to prove him right.

So the FBI is surely on top of these threat….oh wait… They’re in the group chat, aren’t they?

    14. BoredCrusader1899 on

Those limp dick cousin loving sacks of shits are all talk. Stay safe out there and don’t be afraid of those fascist boot licking fucks.

    15. If far right militias start killing protesters things are going to get heated in this country very quickly. I don’t think they’re dumb enough to do that, but you never know

    16. VoughtHunter on

Try that in Chicago, most of these far right people are too scared to step foot in a city

    17. pleachchapel on

A great response when people are protesting you acting like Nazis is to advocate for Nazi reprisal policy.

    18. Inside-Cod1550 on

I’m a white guy going to protest with my 75 yo dad and my 73 yo aunt in Provo fucking Utah.

Meanwhile, MAGA thinks this is some riot with burning cars and bricks.

Edit: Took out reference to George Floyd protests. I had the misimpression that they were more riotous than they actually were.

    19. yeah im done, done, just fuck this goddamn rotten corpse of a country, i fucking wish the demented depraved GOP was declared as a terrorist organization, i don’t fucking care if that sounds stupid, im beyond done with shit in the US, just fuck it all. id rather have my friends get away from this broken country, the only news im waiting from the US atp is if trump’s heart and poor diet finally fucking explodes, or if hegseth gets arrested by nato (for having plans ready to invade a nato ally greenland/denmark) plus idk if we brits should be allies anymore with america, i dont know

    20. captaincumsock69 on

Im completely convinced the powerful people push this stuff to wedge a further divide between democrats and republicans.

That’s not to say there aren’t crazy people out there but I’m completely of the belief that they want us to fight eachother rather than team up on them

    21. RandomCreeper3 on

They really will understand soon that they aren’t the only ones with guns.

    22. Red_dylinger on

They act like they’re the only ones armed. That’s the true cognitive dissonance

    23. GravtheGeek on

The right loves to publicly fantasize about murdering their fellow Americans while projecting that onto the left.

    24. They have no idea what it means to be willing to die for your country, and they’re about to find out.

This country hasn’t met people willing to die for it in centuries. Afghanistan and Iraq are close, but those people weren’t willing to die for their country. They needed a paycheck and a way up in the class system, and they were willing to risk their lives for it. Otherwise, they wanted to „kill the baddies,“ with the same.

Jan. 6th was close. But they just realized they had the upper hand and were going to meet minimal resistance, without repercussions (and they were right).

This is the first time in a long time that people are literally willing to die for the sake of their country. We’re about to witness true patriotism, and I don’t think this administration is ready, because they just can’t fathom having ideals or values.

    25. Still baffles me that the hard-right think they are the only people that own guns

    26. thatirishguyyyyy on

Once the bullets start flying, that’s it. MAGA will learn quickly just how many „liberals“ are prior military and own a bunch of firearms.

We wont stand for fascists shooting civilians.

    27. This is the consequences of letting that douchebag Kyle off for murdering a protester. Now magas are embolden and believe they can feeling murder someone that opposes them.

    28. BigBoyYuyuh on

Shooting a couple will only make protesters angrier and chase you down and Mussolini you.

      > Experts on extremism in America are alarmed by the posts because they could inspire “lone-actor violence” or persuade someone to “get off the couch, pick up a gun and go out to one of these cities,” Jon Lewis, a research fellow at George Washington University’s Program on Extremism, told The Journal

“Lone Wolf” has been the media code word for white Christian nationalist for decades. Let’s just call em domestic terrorist already.

This is coming to you from the same group of people who couldn’t even get their own convoy on the road.
