I like the idea of combination investments:

1. Carney specifically brought up housing for military members. Military housing has been in short supply for decades. They already own the land and are not subject to local bylaws.

Hopefully the government can have modular companies bid with apartment and housing designs and get the modular industry going with military housing. This will take off some pressure from the surrounding communities rent prices.

2. If they declare the territories road and port projects a national project. Then add a military and ice breaker component they can fold in DND money into these projects. So help reach our NATO target while also opening up new areas for mining and bringing roads, power, internet to isolated communities
