      Kegseth is an alcoholic Fox News weekend host and fuckboi who loves cosplaying as a “warfighter” but, unsurprisingly, knows jack squat on how to lead … the Pentagon. Every time he speaks, he shows he’s out of his depth. His body language and voice betray his inexperience and nervousness, which he tries to hide with “tough talk,” but that only reveals more of his incompetence. He is a national security risk. This is something you’d see in a political satire, not real life.

      The funniest thing about all this is that Newsom had recently lost tons of popularity for his weird move of podcasting with right-wingers.

      And yet, a career politician such as himself could not have asked for a better endorsement from even his own allies, than he is currently receiving through this back-and-forth with Trump. The administration is so incompetent, that they’ve single-handedly revived the governor’s chances at the next presidency.

      I’ve never been a big fan of Newsom from his days in San Francisco. But his response to Trump has been refreshing. Democrats need more leaders like him.

      My respect for Gavin Newsom has skyrocketed during this event. He may look like he panders to the right but I think he genuinely does care for the people he serves and it’s showing in his refusal to cave to a fascist dictator
