I don’t think the $500 fee will pass muster worth the courts, as it is still a lot of money for some people.
That being said, I myself have said that candidates should need a separate official agent, and I’d like to see that provision pass.
Here’s an idea: start a petition to end FPTP instead.
Grant Jackson is just another useless career politician who hasn’t had any jobs aside from „parliamentary assistant“, „special assistant“, and „special advisor“ in the Manitoba government.
