Once again,the pause was on new contracts. That was money regarding existing ones when the pause was put in place, so the title is being manipulative as hell. I’m not sure why this is being pushed so hard
Also, Israel is basically using funds given to it by the US. Recall, Biden diverted $20 billion in military and financial aid meant for Ukraine to Israel.
So long as someone can make a penny more they’re fine with the „non-productive“ (read resistant Humans) to suffer deaths of indignity.
