Ich plane, nach Armenien zu repatriieren und habe eine Frage zu Verpflichtungen des Militärdienstes.
Ich wurde 1998 geboren. Ich habe derzeit die europäische Staatsbürgerschaft, aber zum Zeitpunkt meiner Geburt waren meine beiden Eltern russische Staatsbürger. Sie hatten jedoch auch die armenische Staatsbürgerschaft, und soweit ich weiß, haben sie es nie offiziell darauf verzichtet.
Muss ich in dieser Situation in der armenischen Armee dienen, wenn ich zurückziehe? Ich habe gehört, dass der Entwurf des Alters auf 27 steigt, aber ich habe auch auf Informationen gestoßen, die darauf hindeuten, dass er jetzt auf 32 erweitert wird.

If you yourself didn’t have citizenship of Armenia at any point, and you don’t have any record at any military commissariat in Armenia, which you almost certainly won’t since you don’t have citizenship, then you don’t need to serve.
Consult with a lawyer, they’d give you accurate information.
There were some changes in 2024 that make repatriates older than 27yo serve.
That’s your options if you are getting a citizenship:
* Serve the full two-year term without any financial penalties.
* Serve one year and pay 2.5 million drams.
* Serve six months and pay 5 million drams.
* Serve one month and pay 8 million drams.
* Pay 15 million drams to fully opt out of service.
