      Oh it made an impact all right. Maybe the number has lessened by now, but I don’t think it went down that much. Voters chose a felon over a female, and I will always be bitter about it.

      However, this is two rich dude’s with ()illions of dollars. They are a unique sample size to say the least. If the last three elections proved anything it’s that, humans as a whole are emotional more often than not rational.

      Puts that little bow on the package of when uterus having people are in their emotional stage of their cycle, they have in creased testosterone. Thus the heightened and erratic emotions. “Men” are just always in this stage. And too emotional to be in charge.

      Amusing how many people in the comments are complaining that the headline is sexist. Yeah. Of course it is. It’s parodying the default reason (excuse) for why women are in fewer leadership positions and why we’ve never had a female president.

      And before anyone goes, „No one says that.“ I have been hearing this for my entire life. Both said about other women and said to *me* as a woman when I pointed out the discrepancy.

      We don’t say that about any gender or any individual or any culture or anyone from any walk of life.

      They say that about people that have destructive and/or violent tendencies.

      Whoever they are wherever they are whatever they are.

      It’s the individual in their character that matters.

      I would never assign such traits to one mass group.

      Human beings are emotional.

      Which is why generally I prefer working with women because there is a good chance they developed emotional control, and healthier expression.

      The amount of men who I work with and have large emotional outburst and then storm around and be pouty all day where you play therapist is astronomical.

      This isn’t a gender issue, it’s a systemic and social issue. The system we’ve built propels narcissists and psychopaths to the top.  Our entire society promotes this sickness.

      Can you imagine if women acted like this in positions of power? Even at my own job the males in leadership positions are the most dramatic and emotional.
