Mein Bruder parkte das Auto auf dem ausgewiesenen Parkplatz und kaufte das Parkticket online per „Pay By Telefon“ -App. Aber nach seiner Rückkehr hatte er dieses Ticket auf seiner Windschutzscheibe.
Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass wir kein Gesetz verstoßen, da das Fahrzeug korrekt neben anderen Fahrzeugen geparkt wurde und auch das Ticket gekauft wurde.
Was bezieht sich dieses Ticket und was wäre die Konsequenzen? Müssen wir hier Maßnahmen ergreifen oder auf die im Ticket erwähnte detaillierte Beschwerde warten?

Wait for the ticket
Like the ticket says: Please wait for the letter we will send to you, where we will explain the violation
You committed some traffic violation and will get the details in the mail. This is just to inform you that they registered the offense.
Sometimes, when buying parking tickets online, you need to show a note in the windshield like „Easypark“ or similar. Depends on the area as they might not yet be fully digital to check against.
If it is your own car I would wait till you get a letter and the send them proof of your valid ticket. If you have a rental I’d contact them to avoid fees from the rental company.
It means that they want money from you and you’ll get further details by mail.
We want your money.
For now, just wait for the detailed complaint – as the ticket says, it will arrive alongside a form that will allow you to contest the charges.
Since it’s a parking violation, odds are you’re just looking at a fine if worst comes to wear.
