2026 is Dems‘ best chance year to take seats. A midterm under the opposition president is the time to take what you can. Just don’t over-invest in these unlikely seats.

She previously ran in SC District-1 against Nancy Mace in 2022 and lost by a little under 40,000 votes.
I do know a lot of generally moderate people in that district that weren’t particularly fond of her campaign and thus did not vote for her. Granted, this was also before Mace fully went off the deep end so who knows how that race could go now.

I’ll vote for any Senator of my state that ISN’T Graham or maga. I usually only vote democrat but to unseat Graham, I l’d vote republican (again, as long as they were just normal republican crazy and not maga crazy).
