  1. Take the L and move on. Unless you want to wait all day to hear „eeeeh what to do“

Dont tou dare pay it, you owe it to the rest of people who live in this country, we need to change this mentality and demand the same accuracy that the „governing“ institutions ask from their citizens based in examples from countries 10+years ahead. Go to the court and defend yourself with pictures and everything to support your case, if they fail you, escalate. Dont let them space to even breathe.

Yes it’s worn out but it’s a different colour and you have a big sign and charger. Just pay it. You can send a snarky remark and picture asking them to paint it.

It’s not an easy one. I won’t disagree with you: the blue color on the ground is blurred, there’s graffiti on the sign and the charger is too behind. It’s perfectly normal to miss all these. Nonetheless all together they send a stronger message and maybe you ought to be more attentive too

I got a 50 euro fine for parking in a taxi spot where there were no markings on the floor and the sign was covered in those stupid tagging stickers.
I had no idea.. told them and they just shrugged and said i should have know. I had also paid for the meter thing too xD

You can appeal this and you might win, maybe. Not a great chance that you will win. As for the cost you will pay for therapy… you might need more than 100€, even if you win.

The ground is a different colour, but yes, it’s faded. The charger is there, not hard to miss. The sign too, but yes, also it’s a mess. Overall, parking your car quickly and then running off means you missed 3 obvious signs and this is the very grounds your appeal could well fail.

Honestly, we have too few spots for electric car charging, and if everyone starts parking there, it defeats the purpose of even having those.

You have not seen the charger? How did you park then? Without looking behind you?

  9. Probably not worth it, even if you protest the sign being illegible they’ll say the charger was there, and the spots were painted green.

Put a garbage bag on the meter and take a photo and the the floor and markings. Go to court show pictures.
