Can someone fill me in on what the difference between Parliamentary Secretary, Secretary of State and Ministers are?
Energy is such an important portfolio, Hodgson was CEO of Goldman Sachs Canada, Guay was president of IBM Canada, Hogan was vice president of university of Calgary, these three are all experienced non-politicians.
Not sure if this is a first, but he seems to be building up a proper org and putting people to work.
If so then that will really help things move quickly, provided he keeps tight control of everyone
