I enjoyed all of those movies!
I’ve heard after the success of deadpool, the creators were cautious about not having a bloated budget as it may stifle their creativity.
Rush Hour 3 had to much Roman Polanski, and to few jokes.
If he thinks too much money is a bad thing, maybe he should have given some to the daughter he had through an extramarital affair when she was homeless, the same daughter he ostracized for being gay. Fuck this guy and his stunts.
There are times when I think of the potential of Rush Hour being Fast and Furious like. That franchise could have been huge for about 5-6 movies for damn sure.
Where did the money even go? The special effects were awful and a giant chunk of the script was rehashing plot beats and jokes from both the first two Rush Hour movies and the Shanghai Days/Knights movies.

Rush Hour 3 is the weakest of the series. First two are excellent though
I still like it but I think RH3 Is the weakest of the series.
