      Glorifying bad characters isn’t new. the joker is very glorified. Heck wwe during attitude era, Steve Austin was originally a heel (bad guy) but fans resonated with him and cheered him on.

      Many other examples of bad characters being glorified. Home lander is no different. If the public thinks you’re cool, then you’re cool. Regardless of morals

      Eh I wouldn’t say that. Dude had a traumatic upbringing and he’s really fucked up as a result. Not to mention he’s basically a corporate product and has no real life.

      Can’t really blame him.

      I see a lot of people complaining about Homelander stans, but I’ve never seen a Homelander stan. Who tf would idolize that guy?

      They literally end every season with him basically winning the major conflict.

    5. Joe Pantoliano said after his character Ralph in The Sopranos brutally beat a young woman to death, he got a lot of letters from women who were attracted to him. He thought it was disturbing. That scene was meant to make people see these are not good guys.
