Belarus did not create the migrant crisis, but certain individuals and groups did. They will face prosecution. Unfortunately no one can ever compensate the harm their crimes, including this one, have caused our country.
It’s like UK demands France to compensate all the costs for the Channel small boat crossings. Wishful thinking.
