Pathetic. For some strange reason, whenever talking about housing, the basic principle of supply and demand is always ignored. Build more, or make it easier to build more, so that supply increases, and so that in turn prices decrease (or at least stagnate).
Hopefully some new constructions/rénovations but most likely more money to feed the housing bubble.
