AP’s article on the ruling. Before getting up in arms, this sounds like the lower courts can re issue their ruling in a different way. I don’t understand it but to me it sounds like it just has to be re tried.

You know what has no guarantees of health and safety? Pregnancy and childbirth — especially in a country without universal healthcare. Abortion is so much safer.
