I was once surprised to see that my AirPods were last seen near Kaliningrad. Just a one off glitch, no idea why.
Maybe some glitches with roaming and IP address issued meaning your phone at first thinks you are somewhere else and then gets the correct GPS location? Are you possibly using some VPN?
This can also be caused, of course, by our „friendly neighbour“ to the east as they are jamming the GPS quite frequently.

Seems like you are finally noticing the russian hybrid warfare effects after years of illegal attacks on Ukraine. All these years in the meantime planes have been jammed as well as ground communication.
