Die OECD prognostiziert, dass die kanadische Wirtschaft eine Rezession vermeiden wird, aber 2025 flaches Wachstum verzeichnen wird

Its not that much of a mess really,  alot of ingredients are here , what were missing and what Trudeau really neglected and ignored is capital investments . 

Carney dosnt have to rewrite government,  Trudeaus and Peirre virtue signaled with legislation and big bills Carney needs to get threw this  parliament  session quick  and then immediately work on amendments casted by ministers with out the Peirre slowing and jamming things up  to get the immediate things with in reach . 
 
Then the government can start laying the ground works on much bigger things later this year into next .
