It’s clear that something hit Kirana hills, there’s 3 possibilities
1) India hit it deliberately
2) it was an Indian missile intended for somewhere else and it either malfunctioned or Pakistanis did a soft kill(I doubt it seeing how they have performed elsewhere)
3) Pakistani military did a false flag operation(might sound like a conspiracy theory, but I don’t know, maybe they did, maybe they didn’t)

And if we see this in context of Modi/GOI statement about calling paks nuclear bluff, 1 seems to be the most probable event
