Ich navigiere derzeit ein bisschen Scheideweg und würde mich wirklich sehr freuen.
Hintergrund: Ich bin ein Quereinsteiger darin. Im Jahr 2022 habe ich ein kurzes Full-Stack-Programm durchgeführt, in der Hoffnung, die Karriere zu wechseln, woraufhin ich bei Zhaw in Informatik eine CAS absolvierte. Ich glaube, ich hatte damals ein bisschen Glück, kurz darauf einen Job zu landen, und in den letzten 2,5 Jahren habe ich hauptsächlich als Frontend -Entwickler (Angular) gearbeitet. Wegen der Gesellschaft "Umstrukturierung," Ich bin derzeit Jobsuche und spüre ehrlich die Marktsättigung aus erster Hand – selbst Junior -Positionen führen zu Ablehnungen. Und es ist noch schwieriger, da ich weiß, dass ich auch mit all den brillanten Absolventen von ETH usw. konkurriere, usw.

Aber meiner Meinung nach denke ich, dass derjenige bei OST besser aussieht, inhaltlich klug.
Die Frage ist also:
- Hat jemand dieses MAS -Programm oder eines seiner Module gemacht? Was war Ihre Erfahrung?
- Wäre es auf dem aktuellen Markt wert, eine solche Weiterbildung zu verfolgen?
- Gibt es noch andere Ratschläge für jemanden in meiner Situation?
Ich werde es trotzdem weiter bewerben, aber irgendwelche Erkenntnisse aus der Community wären sehr geschätzt!

If there is no job best thing is to continue your education I guess, with a side job if you find a low percentage (saw many of them, not enough to live but enough to survive while studying); by the time you are done you should be above average on you resume and market could be better
If you find meh positions it’s also worth taking, employers might say great you have a doctorate but we want someone with 10 years experience and then you are screwed again
I am not sure for how long you have been coding, but I have the feeling that you can’t out code AI. This might sound scary at first, because that means your job is gone. But it could also mean that you can start using AI as a tool to get your job done. Setup an IDE, learn how to use the tools, learn how to use AI agent. You are still at a better position than a complete novice to understand the AI output. You might miss bugs, or the AI might use concepts that fly right over your head. Be humble and learn from it. Do the research, ask followup question to the AI and up level yourself this way.
