Ich kaufte mir im Jahr 2023 in Helsinki ein Haus (Paritalo), im selben Jahr, in dem es gebaut wurde. Jetzt ziehe ich meine Haare aus, weil die Geräusche so nervig sind.
- Immer wenn es draußen windig ist, macht der Rauch auch Wuthering -Geräusche.
- Fast an jedem sonnigen Tag würde ich Geräusche vom Dach hören.

Das kann nicht normal sein, oder? Besonders für ein kürzlich gebautes Haus.
Ich habe mich in den letzten Monaten mehrmals an den Verkäufer gewandt und er sagte nur, er würde sich an das Unternehmen wenden, das das Haus gebaut hat. Dann passiert nichts.
Ich habe das Warten satt. Gibt es eine Idee, welche Art von Firma ich für Reparaturen in Kontakt tritt? Und wie viel würde es kosten?

The small popping sound is caused by the thermal expansion of the sheet metal roof in warm weather. It’s difficult to eliminate this. It’s good that the metal can expand, but locating the exact source of the sound can be quite tricky.
Basicly All of those sounds are more or less normal.
Completely normal noises.
Seller probably contacted the building company and they shared a laugh.
Houses live and ’settle‘ all the time. Planting trees around could solve the windy noises.
You’ll get used to it over time and somehow even miss it when not at home – especially if you’ve got a wooden house that snaps in the winter colds.
