– **Reject legitimacy of the Georgian Dream’s government**, formed after unfair and undemocratic elections on October 26, 2024.

– **Do not recognize the Georgian Dream-controlled Parliament or President**; urge others to join in boycotting them.

– **Avoid all cooperation with Georgian Dream authorities** that would imply political recognition.

– **Demand new elections under fair conditions** with international oversight, and urge EU partners to do the same.

– **Impose personal sanctions on Bidzina Ivanishvili**, his family, and his companies for undermining democracy.

– **Sanction top officials** of the Foreign Ministry and Georgian ambassadors to EU countries.

– **Sanction Georgian leaders** responsible for repression, election fraud, and disinformation, including media outlets like Imedi TV, PosTV, and Rustavi 2.

– **Sanction Ivanishvili’s network**, including family members and business allies who support the regime.

– Ensure EU-wide sanctions match these individual and targeted sanctions.

– **Demand immediate release** of political prisoners and detained protesters.

– **Call for investigations into police violence** and hold perpetrators accountable.

– **Condemn criminal cases against NGOs** accused of sabotage and foreign ties.

– **Condemn stripping 49 opposition MPs of their mandates** as another step toward authoritarianism.

– **Condemn decision to suspend EU accession talks** and reject EU funding until 2028.

– **Urge EU policy review on Georgia** and reconsider the association agreement due to violations of democratic values.

– **Suspend EU funding** for infrastructure and connectivity projects in Georgia.

– **Redirect €120 million of frozen EU funds** to support Georgian civil society and independent media.
