I’m surprised this was her first infant. Dismissing your first contractions as early labor is a Subsequent Baby move. First time mothers usually freak out and go to the hospital at the first sign of labor because they have no idea how long it will probably take.
Work culture is way out of hand. This sets a precedent for other companies to keep people at work. Next we will be working during cancer treatments. This shit needs to stop.
