My God. Can you imagine the hellscape that the planet would be turned into?

His administration is such a dumpster fire that in 122 days he has crippled many far-right parties polling and support.

Even watching from afar it becomes apparent that this type of ‚leadership‘ cannot accomplish even basic functions.

Turns out most people aren’t nazis, whoknew?! Keep resisting and r/votewithyourdollar

By going ultra-populist, he’s become a highly visible antagonist to pretty much every other country on the planet. So there’s a predictable push-back. Nobody says „That guy says my country is a shithole and wants to put 100% tariff on everything we sell. Sounds great!“

Elon visibly trying to buy multiple foreign elections also isn’t a particularly good look.

    5. At the cost of of just one United States, he has turned everything woke. Even the Vatican.

Somewhere, some fascist would be wondering if maybe Trump was too good to be true. If fascists can ever wonder.

No except in the UK where people are glugging down Reform’s BS. And for obvious reason. Trump’s showing the world that rightwing populism is about nothing except destroying democracy for the benefit of the obscenely rich.

    7. lol – he used MAGA idiots to get elected – now he’s for sale and catering to billionaires and corporations.

    8. Either way, Putin wins. Trump made a global mess that’s going to take decades to clean up.

Perhaps the only fast-track to global redemption for America is to impeach and remove him after 2026. I know, there won’t be the votes, even if Democrats win all seats available to them. But we have the Murkowski’s also in the mix, and this is a necessity to fix our global credibility. The economy and national sentiment will matter.

While I’m very happy for every country rightfully beating far right movements and politics in their elections, it does piss me off even further that this country was dumb enough to fall for it again. We’re truly on our own on this one.

    10. someone should ask Stephen Harper how his IDU is doing. the [IDU](https://www.idu.org/) is the right wing overseer . their collective fascist parties all found in one organization .

The EU is talking about rescinding Hungary’s voting rights for being a pro Russian wrench in the EU’s agenda.

    12. The Trumplican ideology focuses on stances created by cancerous and hatefull people. The only reason people think its populist is because they think that the Trumplicans in the government represent them as the „common man“. In reality this is just a foolish right wing delusion.

    13. That’s because other countries see what’s happening here and think, yeah, I don’t want that. It’s kind of like how teen pregnancy dropped precipitously when MTV aired Teen Mom.

He was always a kleptocrat masquerading as a populist for the votes. He did it the first time too, and the democrats fumbled…. Again!!

    15. West-Donut-4766 on

This is happening more than people think tbh

Idk, I’m left wing politically but trumps rhetoric works extremely well on young straight men in England

The majority of my mates like trump and are pro reform, men 23-28, football lads

This sort of macho fuck ur feelings shit plays well with unfortunately my demographic of stereotypical “”lads lads”

    16. Conservatives: Let’s isolate ourselves and use our power to push around smaller countries.

      Americans: Cool

Other countries: Wait, doesn’t that only work if you’re a big country?

      Conservatives: Yes.

Other countries: Well, we’re small, so… We don’t want to do that.

Conservatives: Our global campaign collapsed, what happened?

    17. The problem with populist revolutions is that each revolutionary thinks that they are the „populist“.

    18. You could say that his legacy will be that he united the world like no politician ever could before….

    19. PreparationAdvanced9 on

What’s more scary is how the worlds right wing parties are so united in their “problem set” (Islam, gender ideology, communists etc) whereas the left is having to focus on the specific problems of the local population they deal with.

Because the rats were always going to eat themselves. It’s the one thing Republicans haven’t figured out yet. Once they have power they fight each other to the death for more.

Look at what they did with Elon. I have no doubt he was left absolutely stunned at the amount of backstabbing and power positioning going on. He thought he was going to walk into the White House, on the same team, and be worshipped.

      L…O…L

    21. Natural-Rarity1123 on

Yeah it sucks we have to suffer this vile prick but the upside is he is (along with the whole right wing movement) so transparently evil we’ve become a cautionary tale for the rest of the world, hopefully other countries heed the warning going forward
