Ich habe eine Weile Deutsch gelernt, aber ich habe mich mehr auf die Grammatik und solche Dinge konzentriert. Vor kurzem habe ich mich realisiert, dass besonders deutsch, es ist wirklich importiert, mehr Vokabular zu lernen, also habe ich es versucht. Ich habe vor, den Aapppl einen Test mit Deutsch zu machen und die Lesedemo zu machen. Ich sehe, dass ich mein Wortschatz wirklich aufbauen muss, mit Worten wie Bundeverkehrsminister und Österreichische und Notfall. Es scheint nur so viele Worte zu sein, so lange, dass es ein Leben dauern würde, den größten Teil Ihrer täglichen Kommen zu kennen.

Many of those long words are compound words. I.e. Bundesverkehrsminister consists of three pretty common words: Bund(es) = Union/Federation (as in Bundesrepublik), Verkehr(s) = traffic and Minister=minister, meaning the Bundesverkehrsminister is the federal minister of traffic.
Try not to think of them as completely new words but instead of a combination of words you already know.
I think you’re overthinking this, many long words are just short words put together. You don’t need to learn the word Bundesverkehrsminister, you only need to learn
Bundes = Federal
Verkehr = Traffic
Minister = Minister
Now it’s easy to exchange the parts. Learn Familie = Family and you now know Bundesfamilienminister. Learn Umwelt = Bundesumweltminister.
german uses compound words a lot. you can combine small words to a longer word basically without limits.

if you know the smaller words you can understand the longer word but for that you need to know a lot of vocabulary.
