      I have a doubt. This would be quite hard to pull off. You’d have to target the guy specifically, know where he’s going to be in advance, have access to his Uber account to see his bookings in real-time, have your fake Uber driver standing by with his scopolamine-laced cigarettes (you’d have to know he smokes too) to beat the real driver there, and hope he accepts the cigarette. It seems quite fanciful, tbh. The only thing in his favour is, if you’re going to make up a story, you’d probably make up a more believable one than that.
