      Boeing, you can’t tell me you don’t have a newer plane than AF1 that you can loan to the white house so we can avoid being seen as „bought by Qatar“…

      I wonder how much of a coincidence “because it happened to be nearby in Palm Beach” was after they heard trump was interested in the plane. With so few potential buyers I’d see parking it there to increase chances in the sale

      And then they offer up a decade old plane that they can’t sell to anyone? And the admin thinks it’s a great idea?

      a personal plane*. the amount of time required to convert that jet into an aerial refueling & nuclear proof fortress is longer than his presidency will last. this was a shakedown for a new personal jet to ride around in after leaving office. nothing more nothing less

      I keep seeing people say that the Biden admin started this. I heard Markwayne (I think?) Mullen saying this as well on Fox News. Of course cannot verify. So like with everything else that goes wrong, they are trying to blame the Biden admin.

      Its embarrassing in a country where freedom of press is still kind of a thing. Instead they’d rather get real lazy and talk about vibes in a society where half the country lives in a headspace with right wing radio talking about vibes
