As a physicist: No. Your examples are ideas grabbed out of thin air by a machine chopping up crackpot physics and quantum woowoo and spitting it out in excerpts that sound impressive because they use specialist terms in non-specialist contexts. Radical new ideas in physics have never come from outsiders dreaming up conjectures and expecting specialists to prove or disprove them – they come from highly trained and specialised thinkers who notice discrepancies between current theories and experimental results, and who attacks it with meticulous mathematical rigor.
