What does he care if we want to use vaccines. They could just make it optional and a personal choice. People that choose not to get them don’t have to. But then when the next pandemic hits they will not come up with a vaccine and more people will die than under COVID

Just popping in here to say that the danger is real folks. My wife had stage four cancer in the lymph nodes around her lungs and she contracted Covid despite our best efforts to keep her safe. The resulting pneumonia is what accelerated her eventual death. She would have passed from cancer eventually most likely but it was the pneumonia that overwhelmed her fragile lymphatic system and her lungs.
Vaccines aren’t the only thing that can protect vulnerable people obviously, but it’s a help. Limiting the ability to choose vaccines seems punitive.
Are we going to see vaccine tourism to other countries next? This is bonkers!
Swim in sewage? Take your kids. Use a highly safe and effective vaccine to protect yourself and those you love? Hard pass, apparently.

My wife works in elder care and lost quite a few residents in her community during the pandemic. The day she came home after not having to wear a mask for the first time in over a year she sat on the couch and wept. There were people she’d seen and cared for and worked with every day who didn’t know what her face looked like and she could finally make that connection.

This is a build up for “vaccines aren’t effective”.
Completely ignoring that the herd tolerance is a big factor of vaccine efficacy.
It is becoming more and more obvious that Trump’s plan is to impoverish and enslave the American people by taking away their job opportunities, their ability to support their families and their healthcare. He’s running the country like a business and businesses don’t want to spend money on things that are not profitable. Trump sees us as disposable and wants us to die, especially the poor, sick and elderly because they cost money and affect his bottom line.

Who determines what is „high risk?“ Is the government now telling people who can get the vaccine and who cannot, forcing some in very high risk situations not to be able to visit family. Is he now judge and jury over those who shall live and not live? We should not take medical advice from him, but he will determine who can get the vaccine or not? I see a class action law suit following this announcement!
What is their real goal in doing this? It can’t simply be that he’s a moron, right?
What is ultimately to gain from it? What are they trying to do?

Please read the article. The title is misleading and The Daily Beast should be ashamed because it could lead people to believing they can no longer get vaccinated for COVID, which is not true.

This is specifically for Novavax’s vaccine. While this still is likely to be very bad, not science based and also be an indicator of future covid vaccines, it doesn’t apply to other COVID vaccines.
