Ich habe versucht, mich bei Thi zu bewerben, aber sie sagen mir immer wieder, dass mein VPD abgelehnt wird. Ich frage mich tatsächlich, warum es abgelehnt wird, denn alles scheint in Ordnung zu sein, ich habe eine Punktzahl von 1,8 und sie haben mir auch einen Präsidentschaftsbrief gegeben.

Might wanna spell out your abbreviations, they are NOT common.
Check if your VPD is valid for the intended course.
Assuming you applied for Computer Science/AI, the NC for that for foreigners was [1,4 last year](https://www.thi.de/studium/studienbewerbung/zulassung-und-immatrikulation/). Your grades are simply not good enough
Energy systems was 2,4 (if that’s the course) so that would probably indicate something’s wrong with your VPD
