A bunad is in the ballpark of 30-80k NOK. You are looking for „festdrakt“, 2-3000 NOK. SparKjøp is your best bet.

You should rather come on the 17th of May! It’s the most important day of the year in Norway
Things you need to know is you will not be travelling all over Norway in only 4 days. You will barely scratch the surface. If you are going West, you will spend half your vacation driving there and back to Oslo. Then you have two days to drive around the fjord area (if that is what you want to do).
