Did some searches of likely keywords for this video and couldn’t see it on this sub, other than a 2017 youtube link for it which was posted September 21st. Asilah and Salhab are two villages which were at the time in regime held territory, north west of Hama city. So the westernmost bit of the old Northern Hama front area. The title I found this saved as mentioned those two places.
