Hallo. Ich hoffe ihr habt alle einen wunderschönen Tag. Ich benutze immer, um Eier von Yalla zu kaufen, zum Beispiel, da es billiger ist. Aber ein Freund von mir sagte mir, dass Sie anfangen sollten, bessere Eier zu bekommen. Ich war was? Er sagte, es gibt diese Zahlen von 1-3, es zeigt Ihnen die Qualität der Eier. Ich kenne Nummer 1, die beste Qualität, da es sich um kostenlosen Käfig handelt. Leider habe ich nicht viele Optionen auf dem gesamten Markt gefunden, aber so viele sind Luomu. Ich frage mich, was der Unterschied zwischen Nummer 1 und dem Luomu ist. Welches ist besser oder gesünder? Wo finde ich weitere Optionen wie Nummer 1?

„Better“ is a subjective thing. Just buy whatever you like. There is no nutritional benefit either way.

A big difference is how much space the chicken have and in what kind of conditions they live. „Free range“ (or 1 – ulkokanala) doesn’t actually mean the chicken live outdoors, they can be indoors for 16 weeks in a row.

The main difference is in animal welfare. *Luomu* means organic, and some consumers believe organic products are healthier, but many also buy luomu eggs because they have the strictest rules for wellbeing of the hens (free range and fewest hens per square meter).
As sad as it is, free-range hens are not allowed outdoors without a roof due to the bird flu in wild birds.
