The Democrats will fight Trump as long as it doesn’t hurt corporate profits.
This seems to be due to a procedural issue with how Hogg was seated, but is being exploited to attack the DNC

All the energy in the world to fight anyone slightly to the left, but no backbone whatsoever to fight Trump or the far right
The fear of losing 2A voters is getting fucking old.
Maybe when Medicaid is shut off for many of the Meal Team Six members… We will sadly see some exercise their 2A rights against the very folks that burned them. I hope not. But there’s a LOT Medicaid receivers South of the Mason Dixon.
The GOP uses 2A voters even better than the Christian ones.
The wild part is that Hogg isn’t some young leftist with bold ideas. He’s just trying to get the Party to succeed at present by performing like an actual opposition party (rather than a controlled opposition party as it typically operates) that is more active and is able to reach out to younger voters.
But yet even *that* was too radical for them.
As I always say – the DNC would rather lose to Trump (and basically any GOP candidate) than actually enact any type of reform/propose any type of policy issue that interferes with it’s corporate, status-quo philosophy.
The Dems certainly miscalculated in 2024. Are they capable of thwarting Trump’s power grab? Doesn’t seem like it.
So they will oust him for someone who promises to spend money to primary progressive candidates.
Okay is anyone gonna read what actually happened. It’s almost like someone wants non republicans to be divided
So basically they’d rather fight themselves than Trump. Ok. Got it.

No offense to Hogg, but he simply does not meet the moment. Gun control is his biggest cause, and while I understand why he feels that way, it is and always has been an issue that loses votes in swing states. More importantly, this is not the time to go full anti-2A. We’re in the midst of a Fascist takeover, where the FBI, police, and Justice Department are taken over by violent MAGAs. And he is basically saying, „no need to defend yourself from them“. I cannot in good conscience defend this.
Just stay the course! It’s been working for us so well!

The DNC has lost to the clown that is Trump twice despite his deep unpopularity. Last I checked, the Democrats and people like Schumer were under water in the approval ratings despite all of Trump’s madness, due in large part to how feckless they’ve been. Hogg is not wrong to want to shake things up. People need to be primaried.
Anything to really alienate the young and new democratic voter. Poor move on the parties part
Time for a new party led by Bernie Sanders and AOC with a mission statement that says nobody in the party will take money from corporations

Seems they just do not want progressive voices heard in the Democratic Party.
At this point, it feels like the Democratic party is in cahoots with Trump. Bend to his will, put up no resistance, chastise the people who want to impeach him, oust the people who want to fight back.
Absolutely fucking disgraceful. I stopped calling myself a democrat after this past election. I should change my voter registraton to independent (not that our votes will matter in the future).
They’re not beating the controlled opposition allegations like how do you mess up this bad against a literal fascist unless it’s intentional

Tye best 3-5 years will be messy. They will be uncomfortable, but they need to happen. The party should do what Hogg is doing. Rip off the band aid.
He’s not wrong but Hogg is not the person you actually want to be a spokesperson for the DNC.
Yeah, this doesn’t actually have much to do with Hogg at all. Kalyn Free is looking to redo the vote for Malcolm Kenyatta too. It’s an attempted coup from Free to gain a Vice Chair seat. Even Kenyatta has said it has nothing to do with Hogg, and his seat as VC is at risk himself.
As much as I’m not a fan of his, the DNC is proving his point.
Committed losers. I get that the map means they have to pretend to be competitive in Iowa or whatever state with eight people in it that has as many senators as California if they ever want the Senate, but what’s the angle here, meet the people who want to deport all immigrants in the middle?

Is it really what they are doing? Or is it because they violated their own rules and one of the candidates logged a complaint, so they are invalidating the election. and having everyone vote again. The same people are running, including him.
They’re not. they are far too afraid to say, or do anything drastic, so they huff and puff and throw their hands up and say “ this is wrong! Make sure you let your congressman know about it!” And then expect the public to just do a lot of the work they should have done for the last ten years, they dragged their feet too long to act like they’re the victims
