22 years for this one. I’m glad it’s a lengthy term, but I am curious why this is so long when typically murder by vehicle is typically punished with relatively few years in prison. Maybe because there was zero doubt this was intentional?

So the car was used as a weapon? So does that mean every person who owns a car is in possession of a weapon?
