You’re lucky if your call gets through in 5 minutes. This is one of those „let me tune up the world’s smallest Viikin for you“ – moments.
Whenever you call a customer service number press whatever keys the answering machine requests, then put it on a speaker and go do other stuff. I’ve been in queue for 20-30 minutes, sometimes longer.
What customer service numbers are you calling that don’t make you wait an hour? That’s pretty standard.
