Ich bin kurz davor, meine Master -These intelligenter Systeme fertigzustellen und plane, als KI -Entwickler nach Norwegen zu ziehen, der in NLP vorzuziehen ist. Ich habe 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Programmierung für ein großes Unternehmen. Ich habe mich registriert Finn.no und sehr grundlegender Norweger gelernt, um auf diesen Seiten effizienter zu arbeiten, aber ich sehe nicht viele Angebote. Ich denke darüber nach, an Unternehmen direkt zu schreiben, um zu fragen, aber ich weiß nicht, wo ich herausfinden soll, wo ich versuchen soll, mich zu bewerben. Ich habe das Gefühl, die Unternehmen zu finden, die mich einstellen würden, ist ein bisschen Engpass für mich RN.
Glaubst du, meine Chancen sind hoch?
Könnten Sie mir empfehlen, wie ich die Unternehmen (und was sie tun) effizient und klar finden kann?
Vielleicht haben Sie einen anderen Rat?

Norway isn’t a big market. I’m an immigrant here and I’ve got over 10 years of experience as a developer, but I don’t live in Oslo and it’s difficult to land a job. Of course I have one, but I’m looking for something better. You must have a lot of experience, have some luck or speak Norwegian (or at least Danish or Swedish) to increase the possibility. Getting a mid position isn’t an easy task.
If you read the industry news, you get a feel for who the players are. You can practice your technical Norwegian as well. The best tech/engineering industry news sites would be tu.no / digi.no (Digi is owned by TU Media, the parent company of Teknisk Ukeblad/TU, but is more IT focused where TU is engineering focused).
The big companies also seem to have AI initiatives to greater or lesser extent, and even if you don’t land an AI job you can tread water and build your CV while working for them until you do.
