    5. It’s weird we’re returning to this kind of puritanical pearl clutching – it sounds so 1980s NOTW.

      If it’s consensual, then I’m not sure, in 2025, why employers are investigating the personal lives of employees – it’s not the 1880s.

      I don’t buy the „bringing the employer into disrepute“ nonsense either, surely that is reserved for serious breaches, like child abuse, serious crimes like fraud, or equivalent?
