Can someone explain why this isnt being reported by news as a bigger deal? Why doesnt this constitute total war?

Last time they had a hot war they went through so much ammo so fast they were basically able to be stymied by the powers that be just not sending them ammo .
Considering this , and that India gets most of its stuff from Russia , Pakistan from China and the USA .
I just don’t see either one being able to support a hot war for long .
